I’ve worked with individuals from various backgrounds both men and women, from elite athletes to busy adults balancing work and family. I truly enjoy the variety. 

I will challenge you to be better in a manner that is sustainable. I meet you where you’re at and we go from there in finding your best self. If you’re not ready for change I’d advise not signing up with me. If you’re let’s get started!

 

Do you cover supplements in your nutrition plans and consults?2018-01-23T20:51:14+00:00

Yes. I spent over 10 years in the supplement industry and I’m always up to date on the latest evidence. My clients save an enormous amount of money as a result of my advice.

I do not dismiss all supplements out of hand as that is a lazy critique. Rather, I only recommend supplements with evidence demonstrating their effectiveness and safety.

Do you offer meal plans?2018-06-28T20:15:58+00:00

No. Meal plans can be bought anywhere and in my experience are not long term solutions.

I will teach you how to eat based on your preferences, goals, and what you can adhere to.

When you learn and understand the how, what, and why about nutrition you’ll have the tools to make your own decisions instead of being stuck with a meal plan.

I do help with food decisions, recipes, and meals as I get to know you and your palate.

Can I switch from a premium plan to a lite coaching plan?2018-06-28T20:19:00+00:00

Yes! This is actually common. Many clients start with a premium plan for the first 1-3 months then transition to a lite coaching program. Once you have a better grasp of things one call per month with email support is plenty. 

If I choose sign up now and fill out the consultation form am I obligated to sign up?2023-08-01T15:44:08+00:00

No. The consultation call is 100% obligation free. My goal isn’t to sell you a plan as the best relationships are 100% voluntary. I never want a client to feel like they’ve been sold and have buyer’s remorse. In addition to discussing your goals, the call is to determine if I can help you achieve your goals and if you’re ready for change. This is why I don’t have a direct payment link on my site. I want to ensure I am the right coach for you and you’re ready for change.

Can I switch from a lite plan to a premium plan?2018-06-28T20:19:42+00:00

Yes. If you need more 1-on-1 attention you can switch at any time. 

What are the differences between one-on-one, one-time & group services?2020-03-30T22:13:38+00:00

One-on-one services give you varying levels of access to John for support via in-person (depending upon location), phone calls, screen shares, e-mail and text messaging.

One-time services are customized services with an initial call and screen share to review the plan and apps. These services are also available on an on-going basis where macro nutrient levels, training programs etc. are updated monthly.

Group training is a service where one gets access to the training app and a training program for those with limited equipment available. Most of these exercises are body-weight, resistance bands, and a kettlebell or dumbbell. There is a supportive community and John will give feedback in the group chat.
